Would highly recommend this company to install your EV, from initial contact they were very helpful, advised me to seek permission from my management company as they had to do ground works to install a pedestal as we have no front garden. Ground works were carried out and then installation of EV was done the following week, guys were friendly & very professional, and both arrived bang on time!! Karen in office was great to deal with also.

I needed an EV home charger installed. I talked to a number of companies. Almost all responded well, and prices quoted differed little.But Electric Car Charger Ireland responded differently -- they offered to send out an expert (Ian) to assess the house and provide advice.Ian arrived, gave us a full and clear picture of the service and the procedure -- with zero sales pressure. Later that day, we let them know we'd go ahead.Next day, they offered us an early cancellation date, which suited us perfectly.On the day of installation, Dylan (electrician) and his assistant arrived exactly on time and completed the work in 90 minutes. The installation is neat, professional and done exactly as we requested.In my experience, few companies operate at this high level of service, efficiency and awareness of customer needs. I can highly recommend Electric Car Charger Ireland -- it was a positive experience at every stage.

Huge thanks to everyone! Ian for the quote-calling out and talking me through everything, as we had external insulation!Karen for arranging all the work, and being amazingly helpful.The electricians on the day, who were working in rain and wind- doing rewiring across my home (needed tails upgrade), who washed and cleaned after themselves (never had workmen like them)!I asked around for quotes and was repeatedly ignored or fobbed off! I would never recommend anyone else to do the job except this crew!

Great team can’t recommend highly enough for EV charger install. Pleasure to deal with- excellent and efficient organisation by Karen in the office. They answer emails, calls and deliver on time. Will definitely be using them again.

I could not recommend this company more highly. A professional and friendly service from everyone I encountered from start to finish.The onsite survey and quotation were completed promptly and thoroughly by Ian, Karen was super quick to reply to all my queries and very very helpful. Dylan and Luke installed my charger and they went above and beyond to come up with a solution to hide the ugly black cable that had to run from the patio round to the front of the house. You would not know it was there now. I am delighted with the finished product, looks way way better than I was expecting. A 5 star Job!

Overall great experience dealing with the team. I had the onsite survey booked within a couple of hours of my inquiry email. Onsite survey was thorough and completed on an electronic system with an instant quote made available at the time. Installation was completed as per the survey, the two electricians were on time, very professional and did a top job. Highly recommended.

Niall (the electrician) and his colleague installed our Zappi in January 2024, my original expectation was that the wiring was going to be ran up and over the door, this wasn’t the case, Niall went through the door wall and the job was much better than what I was expecting.They tested all sockets in house when finished, upstairs and down, and hovered all along the way during the job; very neat and handy. He completed the SEAI form and showed me how to use the app and charger there and then.I got 3 quotes but they were the only company and came out face to face to give me a quotation and explain how the job would work.Can’t get better that this, it was a perfect installation and i would recommend.Graham

A competitive quote within 5 days with the workmanship of the installers very tidy and wires well hidden. Top marks! Applied to three suppliers for quotes with one asking for a photo of the electricity box, twice over two weeks then no reply. No reply from the other. We got our electric charger installed by team, the service was so professional, Karen helped with organising the team to call out to survey the house and provided a quote. The team were so professional and dealt with all my questions and offered advice from there expereince. The team arrived spot on time on the day, two lovely lads, they were so tidy with their work. They hoovered and left the place spotless.

Got a Zappi charger fitted by the guys this week, had survey and install done within a week with all paperwork supplied. Top job done, great workers and very pleasant to deal with, turned up on time and left no mess. Clear advice giving of what was needed including an earth rod install. Would have no hesitation recommending them.

Excellent service. Contacted the guys and quickly set up a home visit/inspection and instillation set up quickly and smoothly. Instillation (which was set for 8am and he arrived on the dot) was complete (including additional work of doing earthen rod) within a few hours and all documentation was with me that day. All very professional.

Shocking installation experience.Took over a month to get system working totally messed up my solar system had to be rewired twice. Ended up fixing whole system myself. Not a bit of compensation or comeback. Run a mile from this company.

Well from start to finish this company is professional, polite, clean and expertly fit our Zappi. They actually come to survey house first, go through what we want which no other company do,no hidden costs on fitting day. Karen is so quick at responding and Niall who fitted our charger today was amazing and experianced , we wanted ours at side of house, other company's said they could not do that and wanted to stick it in our porch off fuse board... to make it easy for them!!!! . Niall and his assistant did the cleanest job and very helpful with any questions we had. Thankyou, would highly recommend to anyone . I hope now their aftercare is as good which I'm sure it will .
